question.... shouldnt they be wurm hole tech, rather then warp, as they use the portal to get by?? after all the crystal gems, made that tech based on gem tech....

@Cammunist this hasnt been updated since January, so its still a 1.4* mod, therefore incompatible with 1.6*

Thought I'd report a bug, every time I load up the game it changes every faction typ to Artist Enclave. I've no idea why it's causing this but it is slightly annoying.

finally theres an updated mod like this!
the only complaint i really have is that you didnt edit the values so that the ai empires cant be spawned using the Gems as their species, as its kinda odd to have three "different species" of Gems all in the galaxy together
but overall i like what youve done so far!

Also since I noticed this mod doesn't change MUCH, you might wanna plug a few mods that add realism to the Gem species you have here. Svafa's Species Trait Mod adds traits like "Lithovore" where the species eats everything (like Amethist) or a simple Robotics mod to remove food consumption entirely. I don't wanna make you develop entire mods for the Gems, but there are some you can plug to improve the Gem experience. :)

Could be a chain event, where you have to decide if you'll uphold the canon by trying to eliminate them (with buffs if you're xenophobic) or negotiate with them for some empire-wide boost.

I'd love to see an update add "Crystal Gem" events that sabatoge your efforts to expand if you're playing as a gem? That'd be awesome.
