This is actually a concept weapon, not the real FX-05

Hey guys and gals. This is not an FX-05 Xiuhcoatl. There are several reasons as to why this is not said rifle/carbine, depending on the variant. For those who think the FX-05 is a G36 copy, it was in fact based off of a G36, however, virtually all the parts, including the internals on the real one, are unique to the weapon, hence why no patent has been violated. The reason they are similar is because the Mexican military liked the G36 series of rifles and carbines, but they were too expensive to bring into the country, hence why the FX-05 exists. It is simply cheaper to produce it in Mexico and have it be unique. For anyone who wants to know why this mod has nothing to do with the FX-05 Xiuhcoatl, I will be more than happy to list it out, so feel free to message me. :)
P.S. If anyone knows what this gun is for sure, please enlighten me, as I have a passion for firearms.

This weapon sounds familiar...I saw it in Ballistic Weapons armory...the weapon it's called "LK05 Assault Rifle"

@Bearcat The FX-05 maybe does look a little like a G36, but internally is not like it.

The reason why I named it the FX-05 btw was because I thought it was the real world companion and since they looked similar and had similar features, I thought "ok cool, there's my name"

I'm just gonna rename it to the LK-05 Xiuhcoat now...

There isn't even a gun called LK-05. The author of this model called this ACR; LK-05. Basically this SWEP should be named ACR.

100% sure, as Moon. said Xiucoatl is G36 based, check the third photo you'll see that the rail is higher than the stock. Handguard and trigger guard are both different. even the stock is different. If you'll even have a closer look at the charging handle you'll also see that there's empty space between the "vents" on the handguard which in your gun they're right next to the charging handle.

Yeah, this is just an ACR-type weapon, the Xiuhcoatl is g36-based.

This is not a FX-05 Xiucoatl, totally different weapon.
