Hey Zairya! Compost in ARK is a consumable =) You just make more once they’re used up

How do you "repair" the large fertilizer bags? the option is greyed out when I put them in the bin. Thank you for the awesome mod!

I've been using this mod for a few days with no issue, and have been enjoying it. However, I am now finding my Large Fertilizers all spawning with only 1000 out of 540,000 nitrogen. Any idea what's going on? Great mod otherwise :)

You rock. I've downloaded the devkit and started playing around with it, using these as a test for myself. I managed to get the large fertilizer added and that's where i stopped but it was fun nonetheless.

Hey @Zairya: Glad you're enjoying it =) ARK fishing is a little weird -- you have to have both the fishing pole and the bait in your inventory, and then you drag the bait onto the fishing pole, which changes the fishing pole to use another type of bait. Then once it's equipped, it'll use the bait from your inventory correctly. Let me know if you have any problems =)

I like the mod a lot. it makes managing fertilizer production much more relaxed but how do I use the worms? The fishing rod didn't register them as bait, showing a 0/0 ammunition in hotbar.

@Adrianne1976 : Yep! The INI settings will let you change the stamina/water cost of picking up poops, and there’s multiuse wheel options on the compost bin itself for choosing how many poops you want to pick up each attempt

Is there a way to increase the amount of poop picked up using the Config Options?

For everyone else wondering where the default values are in the GameUserSettings.ini file you need to MANUALLY paste it in the file, it doesn't appear on its own after subscribing to the mod. My advice is to put it in the bottom of the code. Then save it. Worked for me. Great mod!

i cant find the location to change stuff, i checked in gameusersettings, but didnt find this mod there.

You bet =) Basically you take a single poop and spread it around the bin to spoil everything =P

Oh, it may have used a single feces, but I was not looking for only 1 to be used LOL

Hey @jaheem666: The recipe requires 1 feces, and then it will spoil all of the meat in the bin instantly =) Good for when you have stack mods, and you need to spoil thousands of meat all at once

Hiya again, just noticed that in the compost bin when mousing over the Spoil Meat recipe it shows the requirements for it being feces and not meat but will use the meat and not the feces.

Hey @jaheem666: I've added that tag to the compost bin (I've known about it for a while, just never got around to doing it), but I think that documentation is old because the current version of S+ doesn't use it. I've found the spot in S+ where it needs to be added, and I'll talk to Orionsun about it.

In the meantime, I'll deploy the next update with the tag, and then it'll work with S+ whenever S+ adds that functionality back in. =)

Hiya, first let me say that I love this great mod. I was wondering if there is any way to get S+ to recognise your compost bin because when I have S+ sending poop to the compost it will not send them to your bin. Thank you so much for your time and efforts.

@MantarTheWizard: When that happens (with any mod) it means that your local mod files are out of date with the server. Try unsubscribing and resubscribing to the mod -- and if that doesn't work, try deleting your local mod file.

I adore this mod. It served me very well through my first complete playthrough of The Island. I've ascended to Scorched Earth, and now the bin refuses to craft large fertilizer, despite dozens of regular fertilizer and tons of thatch being present.

Mod is currently working perfectly for me, in single player. Honestly can't play without this

Can't seem to learn the engram, clicking on the learn button makes it flash but then leaves it in the locked state. At least it doesn't cost me the 6 engram points at the same time, I guess.
Also the command to give me the blueprint just fails silently. I've got cheats enabled, "admincheat god" will give me "godmode enabled/disabled" responses and all, but no blueprints will appear.
I've had this as the only mod enabled and it did this, currently I have two other small mods that shouldn't conflict.
So it seems like it's busted. Anyone have an idea?

Hi there I could use your help. I installed a mod called Rebalanced Compost Bin. Also I have Structures Plus mod installed. However my Item Collector & Farmer will not pull/push fertilizer & dung to my crop plots or dung beetles. I read the Third Party Mod Integration section:

I can do this but I don't know how to do this. I play single player. Where is the ini file located? I don't see it In GameUserSetings.ini or Game.ini

I'm having the same issue. This no longer works it seems. It's a same, it was a really great mod.

I have a poop on the ground. I press collect poop command but it say no poop collected.
