You can remove the parking spaces in front with the relatively new Beautify Our Builds mod, a nicer replacement for Prop It Up! that lets you remove the invisible parking markers and parking space decals by setting the probability to 0. These assets look amazing but I really wish they didn't come with their own parking lots. I use the parking lot roads and even though I can nudge these forward so the parking spots are in the roads, it kinda makes it hard to design some lots... and if you use the snow theme like I like to, only the 60d lots don't turn into snow piles.

I gave a spot at the edge of my British city centre by the river that needs something, so I've downloaded a few that I feel I could get away without it looking out of place, it should be a perfect fit

Why do individual buildings from this asset spawn randomly? I've placed the whole plaza via rico, but now my commercial zones is full of parts of this plaza. I've unsuscribed at the moment (even though I really like the look of this assest, but until I find a remedy I can't have it in my game.

Hey, Like 60% of the assets don't show up in game. Is there any fix?

How do you keep these from de-spawning? I place them and they disappear... I tried laying down different commercial zones first but I only have these disappear, to be replaced by some other building...

@grantgardner Short of the author making them unique building, the only way to achieve that is to use a mod which allows you to create your own theme and to exclude theses from that theme.

this is awesome, i just made a strip mall with these. question do you think you can make several shops with no names and maybe a few store signs where we can create our own shops? also i made a L shape strip mall but realized that there are gaps between the shops since i placed them in an angle.any idea on fillers or making fillers to close those gaps?
