@groovybluedog don't you dare call me a plum, you bloody radish.
groovybluedog 2. maj 2020 kl. 3:18
Last update was 2016 you plums, and the author's profile doesn't even show Rimworld as a recently played game... there's ZERO chance this will be updated. Give up hope and move on.
EzekyleA 21. apr. 2020 kl. 7:44

Yeah it was usefull. But let be dead be dead.
SadisticNemesis 26. maj 2017 kl. 5:09
Seeing how inactive the modder has been, can safely assume the mod is now dead sadly. Annoying as this was useful

pls make Hospitality compatible patch
Squirting Elephant 20. feb. 2017 kl. 3:47
Yeah lol this should be an option in the basegame to toggle on/off.
TheClassiness 11. feb. 2017 kl. 20:00
I find this kind of circumstance pretty amusing. "PLEASE HELP ME, I NEED HELP." "Okay, hold on. Would you say you're prone to starting fires? Do you drink often? What would you say is your greatest weakness?" "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, PLEASE HELP ME."
ambi 9. feb. 2017 kl. 9:44
idont know
ChildofGaia 6. feb. 2017 kl. 0:09
Why is this mod 3x the size of Hospitality?
Cass 4. feb. 2017 kl. 7:47
I was happy to find that a surgeon with desirable traits was coming to my town. I was less happy to discover he had both an addiction to psychite and a dependence on smokeleaf. Is adding medical conditions to the list of known traits about a refugee a possibility? This would be very helpful. Thanks!
NeinDao 3. feb. 2017 kl. 5:27
hope this mod is not abandoned. would love an update for hospitality
HaZ 2. feb. 2017 kl. 11:23

Frission 26. jan. 2017 kl. 18:10
Oh thank GOD someone thought of this. >.<
sango213 22. jan. 2017 kl. 18:37
Ah, he's fine. He'll get over it.
-shhfiftyfive 19. jan. 2017 kl. 15:36
so this shows up when you get a refugee fleeing from another faction.

what about when you have "below desired minimum population" and the game just sends you a free colonist with no hostile faction chasing them?

finally, i wonder if it is possible to add one more detail... i'd like to be able to see if these guys are currently addicted to any drugs!!! i just accepted a guy, then later found out he was addicted to drugs and he had -35 mood from it.
Yee 18. jan. 2017 kl. 19:36
Mod is great. I love the aspect where it tells you the refugee stats, but not entierly so you have to make a risky decision saving someone that is useless or usefull.
Sara Dr In Te House 15. jan. 2017 kl. 16:39
I have found that Hospitality has some compatability issues with this mod. I love the mod and Hospitality I am on the fence with so no real loss for me.
IHateTheReportSystem 14. jan. 2017 kl. 10:18
So helpful thx
Omega13 12. jan. 2017 kl. 14:46
Yeah, this doesn't do anything for me either. I assumed it was working and accidentally took in a couple of no-dumb labor idiots and had to send them on a caravan to nowhere with no food. I'm sure they'll be okay.
Shadowdance 7. jan. 2017 kl. 3:46
Also stopped working for me? No idea why, didn't change anything yet.
Mavrl 6. jan. 2017 kl. 9:24
It's not working for me. Is there an order in the mods list that's needed, or does it need to be set up somewhere?
SheakZarnn 5. jan. 2017 kl. 15:33
@Dragonhead Gaming Not to mention that said crashed person can build a fully operational interstellar spaceship with AM reactor... using whatever he could scavenge. Even a solar power plant would be a serious challenge.
Tyrog 2. jan. 2017 kl. 16:18
I used to help every refugee. Now I don't help any of them. Thank you!
The Word-Mule 2. jan. 2017 kl. 3:28
I like to imagine this turns the event into one of those bachelor reality shows.

"This is Susan. She likes long walks on the beach, cooking, shooting, and she's too smart for her own good. She's also being chased by space pirates. Will Jason choose to rescue her, or will he leave her to the mercy of the raiders?"
Fendryk 31. dec. 2016 kl. 15:45
@dragonhead Gaming is right. the game is not always "immersive," this, however, is not going beyong what you can do already (just extending it reasonably).
Dragonhead Gaming 31. dec. 2016 kl. 12:11
Just a note for those saying it's unrealistic. How is it realistic to have somebody who crashes in a drop pod but you can see all their skills and statistics while they are unconscious? And that's in the vanilla game.
Timmy the Tooth 30. dec. 2016 kl. 11:07
I guess Enlon is right about it being unrealistic. That being said, how about a "Vote is in, you are out" mod? Maybe even make it semi realistic that if you dont send them with clothes, any weapon, and 5 meals your colony gets a -X mood hit?
Scotias 30. dec. 2016 kl. 9:01
Great idea
Enlonwhite 29. dec. 2016 kl. 12:21
The real thing is, for being a nice guy colony, I would go like this alright we will save you. Then after the fact of saving i would go ok now that your saved what are your skills......if good then you can stay, if not (looking at you pryomaniac) then GET THE FRAK OUT....or die in a locked prision by accident....yes accident.....(so the early know is reasonable realistic in the a sense)
its all in how you look at it.

overall would like this so that i dont have to go about the long way of this accept or not. Remember your more or less the demi god on this game as you have almost complete control over the people. Of course you would know about this person that may or may not be joining you.

knowing more just reduces the risk of issues by a good and REASONABLE amount. Otherwise i wouldnt risk most of these rescues
Delthea 29. dec. 2016 kl. 7:07
As useful as it is, it's a little unrealistic.

Tina: "PLEASE SAVE ME FROM THESE PIRATES! I'm good at making sculptures and talking to prisoners!"

Steve: "Uh.. can you help us clean the base, and move things around that need to be moved?"

Tina: "EW! That stuff's groce! In fact, I'm totally incapable of doing menial gruntwork like that!"

Steve: "How about mining? Can you dig a tunnel? Can you send us a resume? I'd like to look it over before deciding whether or not we're going to take you on.

...Hello? Are you there?

...Hello?"
Timmy the Tooth 29. dec. 2016 kl. 6:37
I was just thinking yesterday how could this be implemented, glad someone figured it out. I was thinking even realistically if someone was asking for help in a frontier type environment, they are going to tell you what they can offer in return (although they might be lying).
Ellanella 29. dec. 2016 kl. 2:30
o// << Thats me clapping for you.
someonesneaky 28. dec. 2016 kl. 19:31
Yet another incredibly useful 'why isn't this in vanilla' mod. :D
Karver 28. dec. 2016 kl. 14:24
@AlyxMS That is the best shit I have read in a while, quality post. +Rep
Yardman Sam 28. dec. 2016 kl. 13:31
