I made the same exact spell in my mod almost a year ago along with other spells. If you want to look at my mod then check out Lost Magic, I think most of you would enjoy it.

the bug you mention is also happening with the staff called The Wabbajack
when it does the transforming thing on a guad it just summons the thing and as soon as you hit the thing he was suppsed to transform into he teleports there
