There's either an in-game function OR addon that allows you to put a command into the console called "RemoveAllWeapons" which helps especially when loading from part 1.

Also just in case anyone else wants to know, a way to turn off weapons is to go to utilities (tools tab) > admin settings > uncheck enable weapons. It goes into effect your next respawn

Ah, what you need to do is hold Q then open the saves tab, from there you should be able to find it.

This save is really good but maybe add a crowbar on the floor at the beggining because you can't get through some parts wihout one.
