I like to turn this into a Community College. I can never have enough small colleges, and the initials fit too.

Looked at the comments to see if anyone else shares my view this is similar to the Palast der Republik and I wasn't diappointed :D (happy that the building is gone from Berlin btw)

@free Thank you. I try to reduce tris count for all assets. When I first build Mustard Inc I made the mistake to build all railings instead of using an appropriate alpha texture. Maybe it could be a possible explanation for the high tris count.

You've really evolved in a short amount of time. I commented on your first building and looks like you've taken the feedback into consideration. Nice compromise between detail and tri count/map size on this one. The "blinds" windows really pop out, and this building also looks like something a real architect agency would produce. The only criticism I have is I'd like for the windows to be a bit more reflective (blue) during day time. Apart from that, great work, keep it up!
