You can change this value in the asset editor.

I downloaded your asset however will not use it. It's a small townhall that I would like to build in my city which is also small yet, but it's too much expensive.
And later, when I'll have 110,000 to buy a townhall there are more suited ones to bigger cities for the same price.
Is there a way to make it cheaper ?

@Shah Mirzoev I'm especially aiming at classical (neo-classical) or renaissance (neo-renaissance) architecture. There are a lot of buildings in Europe in this style. But one never know. Maybe in future I will make some assets in Islamic theme.

Do you think you could make some Islamic-themed assets? Perhaps some landmarks in Turkey and Iran?

Really, I think such assets should be without any trees or at least in two versions. Nowadays almost everyone use Prop Anarchy mod and that is much more convenient than edit-save-edit-save tons of assets ;(

But if i need to do it with every Assets(i have over 1000) i will not be complete in 2 years. I mean i also have no idea how 2do this in the asset editor. Would be just cool 2 see more building without ugly vanilla trees. Would be already fine if those trees would be from Mr maison f.e..

Please remove trees, this building is to good for them :)

Dont make assets which have vanilla trees. They are so ugly. This is a awesome Buidling, but i will not use it bc of those trees.
