Excellent work, Armesto! Always love your houses, remind me a lot of where I am living in Argentina currently, a lot of typical Mediterranean style architecture in the old cities. Would love some commercial buildings in your Galician styles, one can hope I suppose! ;) Keep up the fantastic work.

@m.panada Well, works fine for me and a lot of people. Most people will use it as RICO. Also, this is one building from a series of many in this style, I don't want to do that much as unique. Sorry.

The reason is that RICO mod has a lot of problems and I prefer not use it. This way I'm forced to decline signing up to this building. That's it.

@m.panada Unique Buildings and plop multiple times requires mods. With this asset you can use it as growable and "unique" plopping using RICO, a mod a lot of people use. I don't see a reasons to have it duplicate.

Also, This building is originally from a square, so using it as RICO has a lot of benefits!

Yes it is but at least those lvl 3 and 4 could be used to decorate public squares. I'm not that good at modding that's why I was asking if at least those two could be made unique buldings so one can plop them everywhere at its own discretion
