Typing sv_consistency 0 into the console before launching a singleplayer game allows it to work, but I figured I'd bring it up just in case people have a similar problem
I think the last stand campaign uses L4D1 models or different ones compared to the usual models. I installed other addons which changes the models of special infected and it only didnt work on Last Stand.

I've run into moments where default vanilla models give consistency issues as well, but from my experience I've never really run into an issue. And if it was like the first version of my Weavile add-on, where many people were reporting consistency errors, then I probably did something wrong. Here, however... I don't really think something's likely to pop up suddenly since I've uploaded & updated it.
