That's not a mod, that's a built in feature.

Go to options>audio>subtitles.

I do have one question, with the majority of mods I use females and males might have different voices when dying. For example, if a male dies, I hear a female voice. Or if a female dies, I hear a male voice. I know its odd but im picky. (cool mod too)

found a small bit of a problem. Upon death of your rebels , if they die this way, their arm may fall through their torso. I tested this with regular rebels and citizens and it does not occur. ARBIBIBITER pls fix.

@Replica The mod makes it so the rebel arrent all armored so they wear diffrent clothing like normal shirts and diffrent pants, And makes it so ANY rebel with a medic shirt or armband is actually a medic, So think about it as a rebel overhaul.
