If you've played my maps, you'll know I'm a big fan of frankencubes, especially their walking ability, so I really enjoyed this. I saw alternate solutions at many points, which I also like (I'm a fan of the Deux Ex series). I spent a lot of time considering what positions to preserve (for example, a portal through which a laser passed) and what to abandon as I moved to the next stage, but it always turned out that I could just pick up my cubes and move on. I would have preferred the puzzles to be harder and to have been rewarded for reaching the end with all the cubes.

Ah, so many lost their lives in the line of duty. Too bad we're not sad to see them gone, them cheap turrets :D Great map. I only used two out of three cubes from the beginning. Also I did not use or know the purpose of the folding platform at the end. I still used the laser to fry baddies though :D :D

very enjoyable map, only I saw no reason why you had to deactivate two fizzler fields, that you could portal around? one was under the elevator, the other a bit beyond that deactivate with a weighted button. didn't seem to have much of a point to me. otherwise a great map.

Aha.. I didn't know that.. especially when I bound screenshot to F6 (no F11/12 on my keyboard)

Anyway.. a nicely judged map. Complex, without being impossible. Thanks.

You can create your own checkpoints by saving your game by pressing F6.

This and the Hard rain maps are really good maps. I woould be nice to have checkpoints though so that if you die late on in the map you don't have to play the map from the start every time. https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/L4D_Level_Design/Checkpoints

Not all of the cubes are needed to complete but it is possible to take all of the cubes to the end. But very well done.

It seems some peoples methods of dispatching the turrets was to portal behind them and knock them over. So when they got to the end and they couldn't do that, they had no idea what to do. I updated the map just now so that you cannot portal behind the turrets and knock them over anywhere in the whole chamber. I gave players a much better way to get rid of turrets. Discover and use it.
