Hey i want to know if you can help me. I finally got the MOD installed but i thought that you started with a lot of units but i only start with 5 infatery and 3 workers in the atomic era. Is that how it was meant to be? O i did something wrong?

Why Finland is not playable country?

WW2 went somewhat awry when I played: Germany liked me (Great Britain) at start, and when I encircled Paris with my soldiers, they kind of just given up on world domination. USSR revolted and adopted Freedom, while Judaism (my religion) became dominant in Germany, Poland and France. I won diplomatically at year ~3734. In general, I'd say it is the best WW2 simulator I've ever seen.

Hey Kinikan, you are absolutely correct about this mod being rather inaccurate to the time period it is depicting. The choice of putting Hussars as well as other weird oddities more came from a position of wanting to have fun with the mod rather than from any position of historical authenticity.

Also I'm sorry to tell you this but it is extremely unlikely I will ever update this almost 5 year mod simply because I have lost interest in civ 5 and have long since lost any motivation to do modding.

I would definitely encourage you to make your own mod or perhaps look at other mods that do focus on a more realistic depiction of the war.

Add the city of Smolensk, reorganize the armies of the states, and especially the armies of Poland (the Hussars are 16-17th century). Aviation for this period was in greater numbers in all European countries. Riga as a State City !!!!

4. Sovetsky Soyuz (Russia)
Ok, this one is better, besides Riga and Tallinn. Minsk needs to be moved west, next to my proposed Polish border. Other than that, the rest seems good.
5. Greece
Greece is easy. Rename Edessa to Thessalonika.
6. Iberia
Move. Gibralter. South. It should be just one tile on the edge of Spain.
7. France
This is simple, Marseille needs to be on the Rhone itself, and Lyon needs to be closer to Suisse. One last thing, Strassburg needs to be on the German border.

Again, I only meant this to help, and it's purely a suggestion.

Ok, so I found a decent amount of errors, I hope I help with this.
1. Italy
Milan needs to be just north of Genoa, maybe change Genoa to Milan and change Milan to Torino. Also maybe turn San Marino into Urbino because San Marino has been independent for 1,000 years before WWII.
2. Germany
Ooh boy. First, Munich needs to be much closer to the Alps. Maybe rename your Munich to Nuremburg. Next, Frankfurt needs to be closer to the Rhine, and Cologne needs to be on the other side of the Rhine. Finally, Stettin needs to be closer to the Oder and Konigsberg needs to be a bit farther south.
3. Poland
Another doozy, first things first, Warsaw. It needs to be 3 units east and on the other side of the Vistula. Next, Lodz needs to be where your Warsaw is, roughly. Krakow is where Lwow is, it needs to be closer to Breslau, Vilnius should be renamed Kaunas and also not be in Poland. Vilnius is farther east, along with the entire Russian border.

@j.m.armstrong Russia should be it's own side if anything. Remember, they did invade Poland in September of '39 as well. Maybe make a 1949 setting with Russia and their satellites on that team, Konrad Adenauer's West Germany neutral and NATO as a team.

@PhilosNekero Poland did have mounted divisons, but they were armed with rifles.

this seems like a great mod but i cant get a saved game to load i cant sit down and play it in one setting

it wont work please help me it says that the mod is loaded but i cant find the map or choose who i want to be, i clicked on mods, enabled it, then it loaded but nothing happened. please give me a detailed tutorial, it wont work for me

Is there not a way to have teams? I.e. Germany+Italy, France+England+Poland+Russia, and all the other countries being neutral. Having it be a free-for-all doesn't seem fitting.

Ok this issue may be a result of not having the required DLC , a bug (most likely), or the download not working correctly.
I would suggest to perhaps try redownloading the mod, checking the games integrity, or restarting your computer ( I personally had to do this with a friend of mine who wanted to try out the mod)

Other than that I'm not really sure what else could resolve it, if these don't work but you find a solution it would be great if you posted it in case someone else has this issue.

I open up the MOD menu. I click the checkmark to activate the mod and I double click the mod. It brings me to a different menu where I click SINGLEPLAYER, then SET UP GAME. I choose the World War 2 Scenario as a map, I click LOAD SCENARIO and I choose England. But the the other countries are not World War 2 countries.

ok, could you go into more detail about the steps you took in activating the mod through the MOD selection?

I went through both MODS and SINGLEPLAYER.

Did you go into singleplayer or mods? If you went in via mods and activated my mod and then selected the map it should work, however if you pressed singleplayer then the mod will not work and will result in what you have described.

Hello "Praetorius Strom." I've added the MOD to both the MAPS and MODS folder. I am able to access the scenario through "Set Up Game" but it does not spawn in the correct formation or the other civilisations in the mod pack. And it is not in scenarios. Please help.

Yeah XD, maybe i retry after my game, because now i play on "R.E.D. WWII Edition" and the scenario works perfectly ^^

Can someone explain to me how to use mods? when i subscribe and enable a mod and start a game it jsut starts a normal game with fog of war, start from stone, what am i missing?
