I checked and it is working for me, can you explain how it is not working? Make sure Crafting Hysteresis is not loaded after Enhanced Crafting.

If you've exported some bills with the intial release (not version 1.1), you should re-export the original bills since the exports from the initial release are missing some values.
An example of missing value is the bill config window missing it's quality slider or always importing as allowing rotton when you exported as nbt allowing rotton.
