i will first extend my own park version and extension. I want to share like others and the community for this awesome game but i still have some ideas :P

No Problem with the park from my side - but if it is a prop it is useable in own assets :)

Thanks i have not found informations about this mod when checking to solve the problems. I Will think about it. What is the problem with Park version ? I done it to make large grass Park like in Sim City 4 :) i Will make it as a prop if a lot of peoples need it.

prop zoom mod gets around it if you made as a prop.

No because props dissapear when you unzoom the map and it's making dirt zones everywhere instead of grass. But you can add props on this grass ! I will do other version soon with not only grass. Thanks for your comment :)
