It's a real shame. This mod seemed to have great potential mainly because it added things that vanilla did not. I hope someday you will be able to take it up again

unfortunately, I would have to say so. After graduating I ran into money troubles so i am putting my effort into apps and programming jobs.

I wish this could be a bigger mod but the changes to the code from updates and my 2016 era spaghetti code meant I can do basic updates so the mod still works but future content seems unlikely.

The computer engineering portion was hard but rewarding.

Now that I look back at my mod's code knowing what I know now, I wince.

i only play mexico so when this mod was removed from road to 56 i felt like i couldn't play anymore. as i don't use road to 56 (and found this again) i feel like i'll have fun once more

There was at one point, but adding it would disturb balance an be technically hard. A unique espionage bureau is planned, and now I can work on it because today I got notification that I passed my classes and graduating from engineering school.

This mod is awesome, are there any plans for something like a more in depth Military tree?
Like being able too choose between doctrines? if so, I think superior firepower and grand battleplan should be the options

I managed to get back into my own mod and update it from the paradox launcher. I already made an update but could never upload it as paradox refused to let me. I did prelim testing and it seems all is well for now.

Basically, anything above 20% world tension makes you safe from both world powers. There is a point before that where you are safe from the US but not UK and causes a bunch of fun to happen due to US guarantees.

I do, but I am still busy finishing up my degree but on top of that my school is being picketed. I am gonna continue work after I finish this degree and get away from these crazy protestors.

The hapless Mexican here, actually managed to get fix something wrong with the HoI installation as a whole and that fixed the mod, missing portraits and all.

For now, I was wondering, is there anything from the new operatives and/or intelligence mechanics you are intending to use? Some of the focuses alluded to spy networks and the like, so it got me wondering.

Admittedly, though, the DLC focus tree for Mexico has me completely by the balls because of the Capital Reserves spirit/focus. It's just awesome for team efforts and the like.

Yeah, that's definitely what I did. Double checked with instructions on the read me of the previous version and of other mods. On to try the other fixes.

Did you extract the folder into docs/paradox/hoi4/mods?

It should show up as a blue HDD icon.

Now that's kind of a bummer, doesn't seem like either version works for me now. HoI folder version doesn't even want to appear in the mod list. Or in game. (Though I had this problem since the beginning with the whole older issue of designers not appearing and having to use the fixed version from ModDB, didn't work that time either.)

Oh right, the other version must be updated too. Paradox really destroyed the launcher, and I hate having to deal with it and the workshop issues. I will update the other version for you.

The mexican that's always having technical issues here. For some reason the updated mod on workshop is just not applying into the game after I select it.

I enable it on the mods section, hit play, select country, aaaaaand it's the DLC tree. Already unsubscribed and resuscribred and it didn't do anything either.

after 3 weeks of finals and then dead air, I found the issue. because they wanted to be all fancy and have paradox mods too the descriptor was changed to accomodate. I didnt realize it until i created a test mod to check the difference.

its finally fixed.

It seems like the mod still works fine, but the major problem now is the new launcher locking me out of my own mod. It throws an error at every update. I cant find any solution and the ones the other modders posted do not work. I will need to ask around to get around this.

It contains the actual source files. Install in the paradox interactive/HOI4/mod folder found in your documents folder.

Update is up. It took way longer because the modding community is dead and it takes days for anyone to get back to me.

Navy is basic paradox loadouts, definitely need to change the anahuac back to a battleship.
