The creator wanted to create a thriller based on Jacket's actions. It never really happened.

Jesus Christ. This is all I've wanted for ages. More Hotline Miami 1. The level design allows for insane melee comboing and gunplay is sometimes useful but rarely required. This is what it felt like for Hotline Miami 1. Rushing into rooms with no regards to your personal safety to kill everyone as fast as possible. Thank you so much.

You don't need any additional mods. That's just how Soldiers and Police act when fought by a character that can't normally fight them. After the first two levels, it isn't an issue anymore.

What mods do I need to play this? When I execute a cop on the first level of End Times their body turns into a rug

I saw the premise for this story, and knew I had to play it. It was everything I had hoped for. Its not perfect. Gameplay wise, it starts off rough. Level design and cutscenes aren't perfect. A few sprites bugged out. An hour and a half in, I'm blowing away mobsters, adrenaline flowing through me, and I realize, this is how I felt playing the original games. The best part about this series of campaigns is the attention to detail. The characters feel interesting and genuine. Lots of beautiful sprites. Most importantly, it camptures the spirit of Hotline Miami. I have no words to express how good it is. Very worth playing. 11/10
