Changed my mind. Loaded my save today, and the home was gone along with all my belongings. Wasted 30 mins exploring and emptying my possessions into it, just for it to reset when I next played it.

Time to reload a save.

i stopped playing for a few years but this was my favorite mod back when i played. now i'm starting a new play through and, what did you do to my house? where is the balcony? where is the hall of mannequins and weapon stands? where is the garden nook that had butterflies flying around? where is the stable? where is the archery range? its lost all its charm and turned into a compressed generic portable house.

Have you thought of making an SSE version of your mod?

Hard to find, but worth the effort. Now I have to replace all the rustic furniture with genuine dwarven ones ;)

Amazingly well thought-out, with love for detail. Most of things that people requested on this thread are already built-in (garden/plants, books with lore regarding the fortress, etc).

Warning: there is a little too much high-level stuff in the fortress. Other than that I would recommend making this the first thing you get.

The only thing that I consider sub-optimal is the lighting on the book shelves. But considering the amount of love and detail the rest of this got, that is pretty much irrelevant (and also easily fixed using Magelight).
Though as well thought-out as this is, I keep feeling that I am missing a light-switch somewhere!

works great on the skyrim mainland, but does not seem to work at all on solstheim, any clues?

i downloaded this mod and use the commands to try and give me the ring and it didnt work. please tell me what im doing wrong. i put help ring of return and nothing happened.

I love this mod soooo much, but its a realy shame it hasnt been updated with some of the Hearth Fire DLC content like a garden to grow herbs and soem more displays

Simply Awesome! Never found skeleton tho had to use console but hey It WORKS! Opened it in open patch to right and above Kynesgrove Inn! Have 2 guards and fulltime chef! AWSOME

Fantastic work. The one thing I wish was implemented was the ability to make the tower dissapear and re-appear in a set location in each hold while still being inside the fortress.
Giving it a sort of "midnight hotell" feeling would really improve the feel and value of the house.
And of course I'm a lazy sod, so I don't really see the point of a self building-mechanism like this if I can't use it to travel around.

But I wonder - does it work in DLC-locations? Soul Cairn? Forgotten Vale? Solstheim?

Just something stupid, maybe add some lore that Kagrenac was the one who made the Lexicon?

This is my fav mod for skyrim, i absolutly love it. however it would be even better if there was 1. a bigger garden for alchemy ingreadients and 2. a bigger valt/safe area with more display cases and maniquens. i urge youto consider this it is a fantastic mode. HELLO BETHESDA THIS GUY NEEDS A JOB WITH YOU, THEY COULD LEARN FROM YOU.

Yo, uhm I noticed that some of the wardrobes in the Master bedroom and a few other containers in the place have loot respawn, any way you could fix that? Because i think i may have lost a few items in one of those wardrobes. And every time I enter the place i always find gold in the Cabnets.

Best home mod in the Workshop. Difficult to find the ring, but totally worth it! I have the "Live Another Life" mod, and i can start out AT windhelm.

i am standing in the tower right now. i am a stormcloak through and through and the "age of oppression" song is actually age of aggression. fix it asap give us and opion of both 1 for each button.

I absoloutely love this mod!! I am NEVER uninstalling this! I love all the little features and details that you put into this, like I just found that there is a hologram-singer thing and. it's.AWESOME! I LOVE THIS MOD!

Used it for a while before and now I'm going back. Love the mod. May I make a few suggestions. Pretty up the exterior and move all the crafting a smithing and storing stuff together. This mod is about conveinience so why not?

I really like this mod. I like the fortress as a house I can set up anywhere, and the fact that I can teleport to it.
