Ya gotta go to your game library and right click on your game than select properties and go to the local files tab than select verify game integrity... button, this will take like 20 min to do.

Have you tried validating your L4D2 files via steam, this fixes 99.9% of the problems

This mod actually broke my game and mods with some hulk error that only appeared after this mod was installed

I've ran into the same problem as you before, You need to add a specfic line to the code. I don't know the actual code off the top of my head but I can get you the line after I'm done with my classes for today. I won't be home for like another three hours though.

Hey man, can you help me with Tank mod. Your mod works fine. But im trying to make my own, I already did to survivors, but when I triend to make mod for a tank, keeps saying the server is enforcing consitancy for this file hulk.mdl. Dunno if I'm compiling something wrong.
