Hard to say for certain, and I'm not sure I fully understood the intended solution, but I think this one is your most solid puzzle yet I didn't need only the laser with the short timer on it (was that an anti-trap mechanism?).

One word of caution: the first time I played this, I got trapped because the redirection cube landed in the way of the laser (that powers the lift). The only way out would've been to circle jump and portal stand (not good :P).

My only other suggestion: add a few more light strips, as a few areas down low were dark.
