Neat concept! Soldier has yet to get a weapon that increases the blast radius, but this could be a first for that slot! For the stats, I would suggest making it like a grounded air strike, excluding the head collecting mechanic. Basically, it would shoot really fast (but default rocket speed), but it wouldn't do much damage. However, it would have the larger splash radius, and a larger clip than the stock Rocket Launcher.

If you look closely, there is a barel recoil when firing in first and third person. Iron Sight moves as well. And the reload animation is also custom. The barel is pushed back so as to properly reload the shells.

How exactly are those custom animations? Those appear to be the same as the stock c_model (1st person) reload and the stock 3rd person reload anims.

How about a 25-30% bigger splash radius, bleeding for 5 seconds (cause it's a freakn bullet), however, -75% clip size, -10-15% slower reload speed (cause it's a big heavy bullet)
