You can fix these illumination problems on expert options when you´re going to compile the map. Find a command that says: $light_exe. Select it on the checkboard and type this on parameters so it gonna look like this: -lights mylights.rad -staticproppolys -textureshadows -staticproplighting -game $gamedir $path\$file
That worked for me
