And yes I do know that Scourge already replaces Francis, but I think Shadow suits him a bit more and Louis just screams Silver

First, I don't have the original files anymore.
Second, his old hitboxes were bad for singleplayer and local servers.
Thrid, textures were not as good, there were no eye tracking and facial animations, and it made no sense that Sonic was as tall as the humans.

There is a Sonic mod that is taller than this mod, so I recommend that you use that one. Here!

Erm, Sonic's eyes are supposed to be closer to the center. The first screenshot was taken when he was looking up, which spreads the eyes apart.
The in-game icon (black and white icon) is the front view of Sonic.

Unless you're saying that the eyes needs to be closer to the center?
