It's been running out since Civ VI was announced and the big spike came when it released. It slowly came back since Civ VI didn't have mod tools released yet. Ever since the release this place has been deader than ever.

All of my Pinoys will hear him of this... Civ V is running out of mods

either way, as said, Pinochet TRIED the same policies at first, thats why it crashed, THEN the Chicago Boys came in, and Allende was visited by Fidel Castro on the day of his innauguration, and was likely to be another steping stone to more communist leaders in Latin America, if it hadn't been for Pinochet, and Chile was about to have a civil war because of how bad things were! Pinochet was a necessary Evil, not a horrible leader, just a military leader doing what a military leader does, though surprisingly benevolent in this case of Juntas.

Pinochet didn't fix anything, he just didn't have the economic sanctions on him (and he still crashed the economy during the 80s...). Nowhere near as many people died during Allende's administration and the cuban guerrillas were nowhere near as dangerous as the Operacion Condor killsquads continent over.

So another has finished the first Socialist civs, especially Chile. Sadly, ChampiKhan did not finished it on time. There are still more of the Eastern bloc civs that the predecessor did not and is yet to be made: Vietnam, Laos, the DPRK, Poland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, and the Mongolian People's Republic (all of them are allies with the USSR).
