can you please define "not working with connectors"

Aside from the mod not working with any connectors, is there going to be a version that works with industrial overhaul mods?

well i'd suspect one of the following:
assembler x5
nanite
nanobot bars
and imho most likely culprit - automated inventory sorting mod

It must be some silent conflict with some other mod, then. I couldn't find any helpful info in the logs at the time. More specifically the crash (for me) happened right after loading hit 100%

If you have the time to look into it further, I have a sizable list of mods currently, but removing this one from the load order fixed the world-load crashing. It appears the crashing only happens if you add the mod to an existing save. New saves are probably fine

what exactly are you trying to do

created new world and added the workshop entry of the mod, built it and it works

question,,, sense this thing can produce so much gravel,, would it not pair well with a gravel sifter mod?

last time i checked if you make ingots they get pulled fine but if you try to pull gravel from the top inventory it can only be pulled manually since it is an assembler

this thing is OP but really great, however I cant seem to get it to interact with conveyor systems, i can manually deposit its yield into containers by dragging items over but it wont let a sorter extract gravel from it's inventory. are there any known mod conflicts?

math's ore node mod only mines ore you place his blocks into so i'm sure it's possible
the script is nothing fancy so ask nuke for the model perms

to add ores pretty sure you can just add blueprints in an sbc file so if you don't want to clone the whole mod you can just add the ores like that

Was wondering if i could get permission to reproduce/modify this mod to work with other mods?
wanted to add other ores such as titanium and also split the platform into specific version, ie iron platform, cobalt platform, etc.

also do you think its possible to use a modified version of the script that runs in an ore detector to limit what the platform can produce requiring it to be over top of a specific ore to make it?

in your calculations is drilling for resources available or is the rig the only source of ore?

So after playing with it a bit, I think the base power requirements should be notably higher, probably about 20 MW to 50 MW to run the drill rig. It can actually server as a notable power generator if you hook it up to hydrogen engines and H2 generators and let it mine ice on repeat. This is fine behavior, I just think the nerd math should give less of a return, or force you to use a few power modules if you want it to do such.

For infinite gold and platinum, even a trickle, you could easily have this thing use 100 MW to run and it would still be totally balanced.

i like the idea for this but i dont like how any place can make anything. is it possible for the platform to detect what is under the drill and only make that ore? this way players still need to find the nodes.
