I like this mod, but the mammoths are glitching and floating off into the sky.

well that can happen without any mods and with many AI controlled stuff in all city´s

here too- i uninstalled mod- because the mammuts are way to big and move around in a buggy way.

Yeah maybe a little too big. Also sometimes when they die they glitch and fly all over the place.

One thing I noticed, don't know if its only me or if others have experienced it, But the 'hitbox' for the mammoth seems to be the same as the small ones. So when I was trying to fire arrows at them I couldnt hit them unless I aimed at their front legs...?

Bigger? They are ridiculously huge.
Some mammoth randomly got killed and flew around the map with a messed up ragdoll. Mod is totally unfunctional.

Although I think they look good for afar, I have to say that the larger mammoths don't seem to scale very well up close; they seem almost too big. There's also some clipping, although overall it's not a big problem. I almost wish for an option for a mammoth size between these and the standard, because I think that would solve the former problem.

Excellent. Just killed a mammoth, and it started glitching around. Not sure if it's the mod or what, because it has happened before -- just not with mammoths.

Cool mod, the only problem is the mammoths now have serious trouble traversing the landscape, and wiggle around a lot once they die, sometimes in mid-air.

The mammoth corpses go all nuts once you kill them (found a group of 3, all 3 did the same thing) the limbs start to wiggle about and eventually sends the corpse flying into the air.
