Why is this mod always downloaded? im not creeped out, just confused, each time i clear my addons, ( all of them ) this one is still there. Is there any reason for this or is it part of gmod now?

I "Hacked" into the LUA file, where it says "local MUSIC_CUTOFF_DISTANCE" and "local MUSIC_PANIC_DISTANCE" I tried to change the numbers to 1000000000000000 and that did not work, then I set them to 0 and that also did not work, then I set local MUSIC_CUTOFF_DISTANCE to 0 and local MUSIC_PANIC_DISTANCE to 1000000000000000, and that also did not work, do you know any method to make the music universal?

I think when i downloaded it. it ruined the original sanic music. not sure because before I downloaded it the music was working just fine. now it sounds weird.
