@ZOOM Потому что он превышает максимально допустимый размер игрового участка (11х14). Асфальтировать такую площадь невозможно без модов. Специально оставил двор пустым, чтобы каждый мог обустроить его по собственному желанию.

I love your buildings, it's weird 1960-70's Russian residential buildings look exactly the same as 1960-70's UK council estates, the same architects were obviously working both sides of the wall.

This contemporary Russia collection could easily just be renamed UK flats collection.

Something recently went wrong with the building footprint. The paths are distorted and the park in the back is gone.

Was it some playground behind the building (I only vaguely remember)? Anyways, the update messed up the lot in my city. E.g. the paths I built around the building got merged into the building. Can't pick up the nodes or segments with move it and when I delete the building the paths are deleted too. Guess I'll have to rebuild the area.

Nevermind. Turns out I had the old RICO mod installed, but when I ditched it and downloaded the new one, the arrows appeared, and now I can scroll through the menu. So I found the building :D

for the people who cant find this in game, all you have to do is download the search box mod https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=540758804 and then just search up residential building and it should be there! hope this helps.

My RICO panel doesn't have arrows to scroll through the menu, it's just whatever's there and that's it. Could this be a bug and the reason for the building not being in-game? If so, how do I fix it?
