Unfortunately modding via blender is just as complicated as it used to be. If this is a reoccuring problem, I will write that in the description. Thank you for reporting it. I'm sorry I cannot fix these issues, feel bad about it.

There shouldn't be. Unforuntately this helmet is my first mod, and rather poorly made compared to my standards now, so its possible that its a bug.

Under the pictures and whatnot there is a line of what looks like folder Icons, clicking on them brings up a series of little menus, if you go the the second folder thing it should be "Attached Files" and there are the download links. Or look for the option to download this mod, which should be somewhere on its page

This helmet can be crafted under Steel, but you need the advanced armors perk first. It should be somwhere on the bottom of the category, I'll put that in the discription

I know my friend, it was just a joke. Just every time I heard about Uruk-Hai i see the first scene of putting on white-handed helmet to first new orc. ;).

They weren't on ALL the helmets.. I just didn't add it. Texturing is hard. It has to be cut up into pieces to texture. And then put in 2d. So I can't tell where the hand will lie on the 2d parts. To add one I could texture using Mudbox. But thats like $600
