I'm going to leave these comments here in case someone else has this issue.
Unless someone can get ahold of him somehow, I think we either have to give up on having support for this mod, or find some way to support it ourselves.

there is the cultural summary that isn't showing a thing
If anyone has a mode like it or know of something around the same idea could you tell me but i think this is a good mod and there is nothing that compares to it on the workshop.

Thoughts? help would be appreciated. this mod would really compliment my playstyle.
1% rebellion chance it happens first turn, 15% strike chance = the city will strike forever until you raise happiness or bring more units. %'s projections are not even close to being correct. Not to mention the AI is unaware of it, so kind of a crutch.
