If you look at my "profile" on steam, go to Warhammer 2 (screenshots) and you will see some pics of the new mod in action... while playing warhammer 2 :)
Because of how CA built the game, the sky is not effected by the ownership of lands. Yes there is corruption, but that just changes the VFX on the ground. Think of the campaign map like this... it's one giant piece of paper... and you shine flash lights down on different areas. That is how this mod works. Each unique region is a flashlight shining down on the map.
So sadly I can't tie those flashlights into the ownership of a region.
I did however manage to edit the wood elves settlments to add fog to them. So when you took a new region and build a tree... the fog moves in as well. But that's completely different from the campaign lighting which is what this mod does :)
