@happycompy (I guess you renamed yourself to Working Joe?) it might be too late in this mod's life to make adjustments but here goes: this is the only overhaul mod i"m using, all others are small QOL tweaks.

Started a Getae campaign and the cultural penalties and cultural conversion seem borked. My own provinces are getting converted faster than I can despite having cultural buildings and emissary/diplomat agent. I legit cannot expand because I have a rebellion every 5-10 turns. If you decide to return to this mod please consider revising these values because they're making it incredibly annoying and unrewarding :\

This mod fixes absolutely nothing and actually makes it so much worse. ill form a access pact with a faction and next turn theyll revoke it, then do the same next turn aswell because the AI no longer is capable of actually ending the treaty and will instead pop up with the "this faction has ended their millitary access pact" every single turn until you cancel it yourself. All this mod does is change a bunch of variables to be the same as attila which completely breaks the game because THIS IS NOT ATTILA. my fully stacked armies of extraordinarii and hoplites were unable to win against an army made up entirely of levy freemen. This mode does not "improve" the base game, but does multiple questionable changes, that break multiple things in practice - economy, diplomacy, inner faction mechanic etc. It basically mix Attila number values with Rome2', and conclusion is mess.

the economic penalties might be too harsh. on hard difficulty as rome i am forced to have max armies due to the very aggressive ai flooding me with full stacks everywhere, and once i got to a certain imperium level i can barely break even with taxes almost maxed.

why does this add squalor and food penalties to buildings that didn't have them before? Grain pits and military port buildings specifically.

this is the most broken mod that i have ever tried, what happens with auto-resolve? I got the best of the best army that i could get 4 units of the Praetorian guard, 4 units of armored legionaries, 3 units of Cretan archer, 2 units of Eagle Cohort, and 4 units of Praetorian Cavalry, and still NO CHANCE of winning. Also, when i double my unit with the same portions/size i only get 60-75% chance of winning. Really, I lose to a bunch of Italian Spearmen and mercenary Italian Cavalry that literally 3rd tier units?
Ohh god, i can even imagine what will happen if AI have the second or first tier units…..
I didn't have that much time to play every single battle.

Mod works fine, hard as hell, the AI are actually smart. But auto resolve... lol its so unbalanced. I made the same exact army as the enemy and I had a 20 percent survival loss. It is utterly broken. Not everyone has time to play every single battle.

Thank you for making this magnificent mod.

Im really enjoying it better than any other mod out there.

I think i found a bug playing as Galation.

I was about to sack a city and the panel bellow showed that i could get 8000 gold when sacking,
but after clicking the sack button the amount of gold i got was about half of the gold shown on the panel.

Actually it happened twice as i sacked two times.

Thought its not intended. right?

Again thanks for this brilliant mod and it would be comforting for me to know if is a bug or not.

Guys if you are a bit frustrated with the economy in this mod you can try a mod that reduces unit upkeep for the AI and the Player. You will see more armies on the map and get those large epic battles that are kind of missing when using this great mod.

Also researching any tech or using any ability or trait that reduces unit upkeep is very helpful. What is so great about the Community Patch is you load it last in your order and the vast majority of mods you load above it will work just fine.

Can you remove or fix capes of Iceni ,,Heroic Nobles" unit? Capes are so long and cause texture clipping. Arverni has similar unit and they got shorter capes and lookin much better without this stupid clipping on back part.

@tone no the AI still gets NO free public order, even on Legendary. This is based on how Warhammer 2 handles it.

With the new PO fix update does the AI now receive free PO based on difficulty level just like in vanilla? If so that pretty much kills what made this mod so great regarding PO. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something.

@Yenza and all, thank you so much for pointing this GAME BREAKING bug to my attention. As as soon as I am able I will REVERT That table to vanilla values and squash this bug once and for all. Thank you again! That bug drove me crazy the few times it popped up in my playthroughs. I thought it was just a vanilla bug.

I've found the issue regarding the insane Public Orders that occur... it is due to the rows in campaign_difficulty_handicap_effects_tables from the attila_wh2_ and the effects:
rom_general_force_mod_resistance_to_occupation this_faction

In the original file data_rome2 there is only one row and in this mod there are several, if the extras are deleted and the value -10 reverted back to -30 then I've been able to see that the public order never drops to the insane levels again.

@Achilles / @Phallus : Can you review this and see there if an update can be made to this mod?

There is a pretty bad bug with this mod concerning province public orders. I literally saw an enemy province with almost 1 million negative PO. Its definitely from this mod considering the number of others reporting it and my only other active mods are graphical. Idk what change caused this because it was fine before, but it should definitely get fixed as its pretty unplayable until then.

Have you noticed guys how taxation icons and text is all wrong? And it's been like this forever with this mod. For example, when you set tax levels to low, you will get a red food icon with "+25" and the text description will be contrary to the effective changes.

Another thing, that's most likely caused by this mod, is wrong parameters in provincial public order events. For instance, with "encouraged populace" you get a negative public order. Quite ridiculous.

Anyone noticed the issues I mentioned?

I've seen the AI have a settlement with -3000+ public order. Insanity. Why would the patch suddenly break?
