It has that weird color to it just because of lighting. Shine a lamp on it or play on a brighter map and it'll stand out better.

Oi that's one thing i wanted to mention, when i use the color tool it turns the car into a Metalic Chrome color with the color i selected Is that Normal?

Yeah I was really sad to see the GTA IV dukes go away. I'm glad people recomended this one because honestly its my favorite car :)
