This asset is made with the alley that is included with the Network Extensions mod. It is REQUIRED. Not having it is the probable cause of the "Netinfo missing" error.

I hate the lights as well, and I spent a long time trying to figure out a work around but it seems it's only possible to remove the lights via the mod Network Skins

Looking very nice, but why have you put so many lights in the same place. That doesn't look realistic to me.
