oh ok hey i made a moddel in scetch up and put it into 3ds max and made the hitbox and made the wheels and tires 2 different things. how to i make the xml files and put it into the game. i would really like it if you could add me and help me with that if you dont mind becaues i cant find any help on the internet :(

yea, even if you look closely at the default vehicles for spintires, they just make extra large tires to cover up the axil portion to make it look attached!

haha yea, believe it or not, no axles turn in this game sadly, so the tires actually never align with them (they just appear 2) and the way these tires were made (made for me) I cant do anything about it, I do appreciate the comment though, always good to hear feedback

i dont like how the axles are not lined up with the wheels.. i know its not a big deal but it bothers me i cant stop looking at it...

awesome mod. i like the fact that it takes no water damage cause i hate reseting when i explore new maps.

Yeah I just watched a video of tomcat showing off this truck and he was very impressed so I am getting this truck so I can have some fun as well.

dude you've done what brute terror was unwilling to finish. i fucking love you for this. can we expect the steering issue with the front tires to be resolve soon and will you throw in some add ons for this truck like a roll bar with lights on it and maybe some bigger gnarlier tires? either way you have made my year dude thank you.

well the log load would have to be created on 3ds, then centered in (whatever bed you use) then you have to code in the new logs, and add it to the coding of the truck itself. and ive not done much with drivers, so im experienced enough to tell ya about that one :D

and or my own driver so i dont have to beg modders do add them

I am more interested in learning how to change or add to the game, I want to make a log load that will go into the bed of any truck or you can put ontop of any vehicle lol

yeah I kinda figured thats why I asked for advice.. honestly wouldent ask for the time investment because I am not positive that I want to quite yet just postive I want to toy around in it... about to be 30 and havent found my path but w.e not your problem Thank you very much for the time already spent:)

watch the youtube videos online, there is 7 videos provided start to finish on how to get a vehicle in-game, I studied these on my own took about 1.5 months to learn it all, download all 5 programs needed, now those videos are a bit outdated now, and modding has became quite a bit easier, but 95% of modders wont even help teach you how unless you can show them you can add 1 vehicle on your own without help, due to the large time investment it takes, they want to make sure your gonna flop on them after they spend hours teaching you, cause it just happened to me last week.

anyways thank you for listening to my suggestions... Any advice on starting getting into modding/game design. been into games forever and think its time to do something with it

its possible its in other mods.. the 6x6 black gmc has people added into the cab for garage points which makes more sense to me to start up a closed down garage than bringing a semi truck lol

that's a good suggestion about adding the player as a addon, I might look into that as well if its possible!

awesome... personally I sugest putting a load of firewood in the back of this truck lol... like someone going out to sell firewood lol... just an idea

its capable of driving... I think you should make the driver an addon to deliver garage points and make it able to haul wood so its capable of objectives better/faster than all the "pretty" mods

And about the wood I forgot about that, ccs just made a trailer 100% by scratch for me to use, im gonna try to figure out how to add custom loads of wood for this truck, and maybe add that trailer in as well!

no your not complaining at all! suggestions are appreciated, me and ccs have just decided its best not to add those things, its not that it is not easy to add the person, the person is incredibly easy, its all the people that will request the animated steering wheel, ive seen so many modders add the driver and nobody cares that hes added, they just wanted the animated wheel with it, and that's takes some time, so its just best this way. empty but very capable ;)

anyways I do like the truck for the most part you just said it was a work in progress... was mentioning a few things that made the truck feel not quite finished to me man... was not ment to say you did something wrong :) I do like the truck or i would not waste my time asking you about it. Sorry that you feel like I am complaining thank you for the time you spent on this and any mods you have created

hmmmm. ok well just fyi having even a none animated standard driver you add to your vehicles would make them better to me but whatever. any intrest in designing your own custom woodload for this truck and to try out its preformance with a load of wood in the bed? that would be awesome also

because I do not know how to animate the steering wheel, and once you add a driver people start wanting animated steering wheels, and for a vehicle that your just driving, Im not putting in all that extra work for just looks. this game is about performance not how good it looks (although it helps). people are not very nice when your trying to learn things, they just complain and complain and complain, so im not putting myself in that situation, I enjoy the kind words I get already :) and to be honest, a driver is 0 / 100 on my important list, I have so many models to work on its ridiculous already.

why do none of your trucks have drivers? is it hard to add them or something?
