I thought a DR.cfg might be needed, but every time I looked for it online I couldn't find it personally.

Did you test it on a server with the appropriate death run plugin. Most deathun maps need this to work correctly.

Hate to say it, R60D, but I think I found an issue with the map that makes it not work correctly and needs to be fixed.

Normally Deathrun maps have one person on Blue (dungeon boss) and multiple people on Red (runners), but how you currently have it, it only allows one person on both teams. I tested it by summoning 12 bots on the map while I was on Blu and only got 1 bot on Red. So... this will need to be fixed to be an appropriate Deathrun map.
