While playing your city go to RICO menu. It has a function of making any building in game a RICO one. Try it - you will get it

Man, yoy can use RICO in game (just while your city is running) to set all theser assets as RICO! It is very easy, try it.

This is one of my favorite asset sets on the whole workshop, but gosh I wish it was RICO ploppable. I've been ahving tons of problems with the Ploppable Growables Mod,and these never seem to spawn naturally. Plus I want to be able to control by neighborhood. Wouldn't RICO be pretty easy, could some other resourceful modder do it? It's apparently just about the addition of an xml file with RICO stats I think? Dreams...
