Game works almost fine. It is missing coal meshes, but I suppose you can just shrink oil canisters down or something. cards are loading fine despite what user toskin said.

Basically all cards and game boards are being blocked by antivirus software. Specifically, it's every resource from tts.joshsalazar.com

The rules say to place 3 garbage on spaces 7 and 8 of the resource market. However in your save, there's 1 garbage on 6, 2 on 7 and 3 on 8. So you need to move 1 garbage from resource market 6 to 7.

Also, could you maybe increase the texture resolution of the board?

I have spent also $300 on Powergrid. I have every map, I believe I have expansion available up to last year. I made custom pieces for my game on a 3d printer.
