I still founding a radar which detects only a ships with active reactors or solar panels (just functional ships). Is something like that possible ? This is realy handy, but when you destroy any ship, you have a milion icons on the screen, becose fragments from that ship are everywhere. And that is massively confusing.

ok, so i have this mod installed and the radar is on my ship, but whenever i go into the control panel to customize what the radar pings, it results back to off instead of what i choose. If anyone has a fix please let me know.

radar not see any ships at distance more than 3,5km on multiplayer. work for asteroid but not station/ships when asteroid filtered.

@DarkMagic - I assume this mod still uses the original code; from 2015 - just updated to modern spec. This means that the NoShips option doesn't support size-class information you either have NoShips, NoStations, NoAsteroids, or the like - specific sizes of signal won't filter only whole object types.

Good mod, but inconsistent model usage.
Small grid radar uses antenna model with a bright light.
Large grid radar uses beacon model with the default bright light.

How do you Filter out Tiny Ships on the radar because I keep picking up those "chance at a random item" drop pods and now theres just so many pings >.< (I have also tried typing in (noTiny Ships) in many differant ways and cant find the rigth command)

I'm flying around in space and it annoying when contacts pop up for a sec then disappears, plus it makes it hard to look for things

Use commas for multiple commands.

For example, if you wanted to use the same setup as my previous comment, but want to omit asteroids from the scan, change the radar name like this:

Radar (OutputLCD:LCD6, NoAsteroids)

This __is__ working as of 11.8.2017.
Place the Radar block. Make sure it's owned by you.
Place an LCD Block. Make sure it's owned by you.
Rename your LCD something like: RadarLCD
Go to your Radar block, and change the name from: Radar
To: Radar (OutputLCD:RadarLCD)

Now, go to your LCD block, set "Show text on screen" to 'On'.

Used it the other day worked fine tried today doesnt work ... current set up is a small reactor connected to the "radar" and an antenna. Is anything else needed?

Thank you very much for you time and effort to make this usable :) Seems to be the ONLY updated radar mod on the workshop (July 2017)
Will you be updating it to bring in Spec with lastest virsion of SE?
This has seemed to be broken on last patch, (tested in Dedi and SP)
Tho i was not using EEM on Dedi i have used in SP

@juniorwrm You need to put the name in these ()

example: Radar (DisplayLCD:<LCDNAME>)
write instead of <LCDNAME> the LCDs name than it might work

I dont understand why "dev version" is running on "stable version" and "stable version" is not running in any version.

Please Tyrsis, repair stable version.
