Alright so... what can I say about this map is.. it was eh up until the end I mean the idea is cool but when you play it, it is just no mercy but backwards. overall 5/10

Hi, I was wondering how you properly changed this map. When I decompile l4d maps, there are so many problems I can't keep track. What is the proper way to do it? I have a great idea but I can't make it until I learn how.

I use Bspsrc, I check for leaks, when I fix the leaks, it still says the same leak is still happening.

8.5 out of 10. Normally i'd write a whole paragraph description here but it's mostly the same as the original No Mercy just reversed. Church Guy was cool though aswell as the holdout on the apartment in the finale

it started off good... but the campaign fell flat on its face, towards the end. the church guy being here was unnecessary, lack of melee weapons, and the horde in the finale spawns too quick... 6/10

Easily one of the best campaigns,mostly because it's 90% just reversed No Mercy, which is an excellent campaign. What additions it makes are all logical and reasonable, and everything is executed nicely. Of all the custom campaigns for l4d2, this one is easily in like top 20.

Excellent reverse campaign of no mercy

A reverse dead center would be cool be neat to call for rescue once we reach the last safe room and use the radio in the safe room to call for rescue and make our way up to the rescue chopper up on the hotel rooftop

or make it without using a radio and we make our way up to the rooftop and a chopper is up on the hotel rooftop once we reach it to gas up the chopper on the hotel rooftop just like we do to gas up the Jimmy Gibbs car on dead center

No Mercy but the News Chopper 5 pilot read the S.O.S. on the rooftop of the apartment building a little too late and now they have to get back there

Would be better if it was vanilla map, the tank on the first stage is overkill,no good weapons on the first safe room,adding the panic event on 3 stage was forced, the church "guy" was not need it, zombies spawn from nowhere on top of the close buildings on the finale. 5/10

Played it for the first time. It's good but it could have been better. My complaints were that:-

1. There's not a lot of melee weapons in this campaign.
2. The church guy from Death Toll on the end of third map is unnecessary.
3. The church guy turns into a witch. That makes no sense.
4. The finale on the rooftop. The machine gun placement is terrible. Also replacing the miniguns with machine guns from Swamp Fever finale makes no sense to me.

This campaign is absolutely retarded. Never have I ever met 3 witches on one map outside of Hard Rain. Also the final rescue is just awful and unplayable on expert.

Was way more entertaining to play No Mercy in reverse than I expected. The different paths were a nice twist and the finally was hilariously intense. Great campaign!!

Unfortunately, if you play with a mod that removes Special Infected, the finale breaks.

No Mercy Reverse. Quality: 8/10, Difficulty: 7.5/10, Length: Medium. Played on Expert.

No Mercy Reverse is largely what it claims to be in the title: a reversed version of No Mercy, where you start on the roof of Mercy Hospital, and have to make your way back to the apartment for a helicopter evacuation (oddly).

However, don’t think that you’ll automatically know everything about this map, as there are some twists and tricks to make it compelling.

The Finale is a tough Defend-Tank-Defend-Tank in the cramped space of the opening apartment, and the Tanks (seemingly) were speed-boosted, making it even more difficult. There was also notably an extra skylight added to the apartment’s roof, thus allowing Tanks, Specials, and Commons to flank you from the kitchen area. There’s also a mounted gun on the roof island, which can be used to AI manipulate the Tanks, but is otherwise uselessly-placed.

Really like this idea, wish we could have more these reversed official maps, thx

Hosting this publicly with hard mode ai and watching people rage at the lack of medkits and weapons whilst tanks fall out of the vents in the roof. 4/7

The finale area on this map is way too small and the machine gun was useless but, funny thing happened at the end. I got hit into the escape vehicle by the tank. Also, the church guy being turned into a witch is annoying and just why?

I like me! It is an entertaining campaign, even if you think it is simple
