Can the arrows be crafted? If not, would you consider making them craftable? Couldn't find this information in the description...

This mod adds new arrows, with varying magical effects. They are sold by a wealthy merchant at the Nightgate Inn. I have made the merchant available as a follower, who can continue to buy from you even when following! The merchant is a high-ranking Thieves Guild member, and fence.
