Look closely at the picture of the rover over the planet highlighting its features.

Looks like a batmobile

Are you gonna kind of update it? I love the design so maybe replace the missing block by the vanilla ones, or since you've done the MC2 you are not gonna update that one?
DarkSlayerEX 28. mar. 2017 kl. 15:43
That's a fair reason. Very well. I should be able to make due adding blocks myself for now and making a "custom version". Looking forward to testing all of the newer microbot stuff I hadn't seen before.

I've tried to spawn these blueprints that use old armor blocks. It works actually but the angles are somehow wrong. It looks damaged, not smooth. At some point I will recreate Master Control with regular armor blocks. For the XENO - they still work, but I can't make more without using mods. And I don't use mods for the same reason - at some point they become obsolete and the design doesn't work then.
DarkSlayerEX 28. mar. 2017 kl. 15:37
Wow. Never heard of those before. So out of curiousity, if I try to spawn/place the blueprint on a projector, will it just complain that they don't exist, and spawn the blueprint/ship without them as normal when trying to import a blueprint that has things you don't have loaded? On a semi-related note, have you considered using another mod's armor slope types to try and simulate what you had on these?
parkasever  [ophavsmand] 28. mar. 2017 kl. 15:34
There were actually 2 sets of blocks that are gone now - 1. Sloped "Half of an armor block, these blocks can double as steep, 45º angle ramps on stations or large ships. The blocks will match up (as in, without seams) to corner blocks and inverted corner blocks on its sides and match up to the default armor blocks its two square faces. This block can be welded to other blocks on four of its five sides." http://www.spaceengineerswiki.com/Light_Angled_Armor_Slope
and 2. Smooth / "Smooth Blocks "These blocks will "pull" their surrounding blocks towards themselves when created. It's possible to create different angles and slopes by using a combination of smooth blocks."
DarkSlayerEX 28. mar. 2017 kl. 15:27
I have never heard of these before. Fom the images I'm seeing, are you referring to the "pre-damaged" armor blocks?
parkasever  [ophavsmand] 28. mar. 2017 kl. 15:20
Remember those "warping" armor blocks? They killed them. Here is a reminder how they look like, that whole XENO collection is outdated because of it - http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=715311481
DarkSlayerEX 28. mar. 2017 kl. 14:47
I'm a little confused. What was discontinued in vanilla? I haven't seen any blocks being disabled since ladders way back in the day.

looking really good
ScratchedWinter 8. okt. 2016 kl. 8:13
Stable and fast, can cruise at 200kph on desert worlds no issues.
BigHeehee 5. sep. 2016 kl. 17:17
It looks like the Tumbler from Nolan's Batman movies. o3o
Frisky Bacon 26. aug. 2016 kl. 0:30
Actually, no need to worry, it was the server i think, I built one in single player creative, and it worked fine. Sorry to bother you :P
parkasever  [ophavsmand] 25. aug. 2016 kl. 21:29
@Frisky - don't forget the handbrake ("P")

@That Guy - you were driving it at 150km in a 0.9G! Cool, You were almost flying then!
Frisky Bacon 25. aug. 2016 kl. 1:51
I have had a problem with it, for some reason for me it was very sluggish, unresponsive, and could barely move, I couldn't unflip it either, is this a problem just for me or what?

giganigpooeyshartbummolestitron 12. aug. 2016 kl. 1:47
I had tested it on mars and i was going at about 150 kph
parkasever  [ophavsmand] 12. aug. 2016 kl. 1:28
@That Guy / The vehicle should handle great. It's designed for high speeds and slow turning. I am not sure where or how you tested it.
giganigpooeyshartbummolestitron 11. aug. 2016 kl. 3:42
the vehicle doesnt handle very well and when one of the cockpits go, the entire vehicle just starts scraping on the ground and then breaks but i love all of you other workshop items though :steamhappy:

ok thx and great stuff btw!!:steamhappy:
parkasever  [ophavsmand] 11. juli 2016 kl. 14:52
@Killer Memestar / Press "P" to turn off the handbrake. Press 1 to turn on the thruster, when you need acceleration.
luvmyslimes 11. juli 2016 kl. 12:34
i cant seem to drive it and can anyone help me.
it loooks really cool but i cant get it to go forward rip:steamsad:

I feel like your development team was binge watching batman movies, then said this: "Joe?" "Yeah tom?" "We need this car."
illuminati_eric 5. juli 2016 kl. 14:08
BATMOBILE YEA!!!!!
parkasever  [ophavsmand] 4. juli 2016 kl. 16:53
@Casual Sun / Yes. Also, weight is important. Putting heavy armor to add weight and placing heavier components as low as possible helps.
MrEvan312 4. juli 2016 kl. 16:38
Boy, that's a motherf**kin' Batmobile! AWESOME!
Casual Sun 2. juli 2016 kl. 23:32
I usually put some thrusters on override on/off facing upward so as to provide extra downforce when I'm cruising fast in a ground car. Angling the ride so that the rear is higher than the front, then putting backward facing thrusters achieves the same effect to a degree while also contributing to forward acceleration.

I agree, land vehicles are very fun to build. Great work, really looks the part as well.
mahtrok 2. juli 2016 kl. 3:18
The Drones are fantastic, but this is simply epic
parkasever  [ophavsmand] 1. juli 2016 kl. 19:34
This will be updated for self-centered Blueprint following the game update.

@ G'waynir / Thanks! I am always surprised when I hear that in Space Engineers "wheels are bugged" since they work great for me and land vehicles are so fun to build.
Teksorbkyva 29. juni 2016 kl. 14:28
Parkasever, your designs are great.

Keep up the good work!
Lord Rapineur 29. juni 2016 kl. 10:12
