Just use Block Services - Library, you will get a school and a library

its a good mod but its way too overpowered, as it has unrealistic education range.

I have used this asset before, and I'm pretty sure it has a large coverage, I believe it was high school or university.

Lovely. But I feel it makes the game far to easy. I ploped one down in a mid size city and it covererd every single street.
