Calling all modders

I have no idea if there's a legitimate resource to request mods, so I am infiltrating the threads of modders who appear to know their shit.

Long story short, I'm sick of → exploding cars ← and would like to mod them out! I'm told this would likely be an easy fix, but I know nothing about modding.

I know this has nothing to do with your crit chance mod, and I apologize for intruding here ... but I thought hey, maybe you'd be willing. Can't hurt to ask?

What would you think of (optionally) adding a crit *bonus* for hit chances over 100%?

+1% crit per 2 or 3 aim over 100 would be interesting, but might make shotguns too powerful... the range bonuses on shotguns aren't penalizing enough at medium-to-long range anyway. Time to do some *.ini file digging...
