Automation blocks?

Good news everyone! After a few years, a new update is here! Besiege finally came out of early access so I thought that was a good opportunity to finish this update I've been working on. And it's not just new blocks but also 3 entirely new color packs.

Are you going to update these soon? Its been 3 years since the last one and theres quite a few blocks like the log block that havent been skinned.

When an update to these skin packs drop, Besiege is going to shit bricks

Ok, I asked my brother to test it on his account and his computer and there doesn't seem to be a problem with the skin pack. I can only suggest to unsubscribe and subcribe again, and if that doesn't help, run the verification of game files in Steam. Let me know if it helps.

i have a couple other skins installed and a few workshop machines subscribed.... but thats about it

How exactly did it break it? I just played the game after the update and all parts of my skin look fine to me. Do you have any mods installed?

game update broke the skin

I promised new updates in august and it's the end of august and there was nothing. I was too busy, sorry. So here's at least a ballast block. Since people use ballast as a connecting part more than a ballast, I made it more lightweight looking. Feel free to leave feedback.

Sorry for the lack of activity, vacation and so on... There will be new updates in august.

I don't know why you can't see them, sorry. Try checking some auto-update settings and look to your subrscribed items where it shows the date of the last update. If that doesn't help, try unsubscribe and subscribe again.

I subbed before you added wheels, and I don't see them. What should I do? Other than that, I love these packs.

Good news, everyone! I finally finished the large wheels (hope you like them) and I also added two other colors (yellow and gray) as separate skin packs! You can combine them as you like (and with other skin packs too, of course). I won't be making more colors at the moment because now I have to do a lot of things three times and too many colors would slow down the progress. More colors are definitely coming, but later when most of the basic parts are done.

it is in the settings menu, above god options, turn it on then hover over a block. you should see a tablabelled skins appear, click that and it will open the skins menu

Looking kind of great actually! Easily the best pack to date. Those models are perfect. Could only suggest a few color options like striped black and yellow/orange, flat orange, rust, unpainted steel, camo or whatever else you could think of because this color whilst great on bridges, gets kind of obnoxious in big chunks ^^'

over god mode settings there is a button with the text skins - click it to activate skins :)

@BruτaL Dumpsτer: Yes, I know about this. This seems to be a bug in the game itself. I posted it on the official forums but got no answer so far.

@Ross Plavsic: I will do wheels or maybe cog wheels in the next update. Train wheels are a good idea, but for this pack I want it to be more universal, so I will do regular wheels with tires. I could do train wheels as a separate skin if someone else doesn't do it first, it should be relatively easy.

Next update will be this weekend most probably since I won't have time sooner.

Awesome , i found bug . You have skin on wooden pole but if you place it towards another block it will become 1 block wooden pole without skin :((

This really is cool! I think you should do the wheels next, since they're used so often in Besiege. Perhaps make them look like train wheels.

hey can you make maybey like a dalek / davros / tardis?

@solstar2002 As emmethhwright says, you have to enable it in the settings drop sown menu in the game. No restart should be required.

@solstar2002 when you are on a map in besiege click the gear in the top right corner.you will see something that says "skins" click it.now hover your mouse over a block you want to place.you should see a button that says skins click it and you can select the skin you want.then place the block
