The Glitched texture fixed itself, the game had some funky moments, for what you called amateurish it doesn't look like that.

I like the fact that you would be more familiar with texturing, but the texture has the right feel allready so you don't need to change everything for scratch when you update the testures.

This doesn't has high ratings for nothing, keep that in mind :)
I hope you won't ditch the classic luxurious looking textures, there aren't a lot of good versions like this on steam.

I'm glad to hear you like it. However, I made this pack when I barely got familiar with how the basic functions of GIMP 2 work. So I still have no idea on how to model stuff, or how to UV map models.

Those are two things I would need to learn before I tackled expanding this pack, for now I mostly build + script machines. A new one is coming today in fact, an F-14 with an autopilot script among some other, more simple ones. [1/2]

So yeah. This pack was a decent concept with poor execution. I literally took the existing textures and painted different colors over them to see which area goes where on the block xD A very amateurish approach. I promised myself I would learn how to use blender and get better at texturing stuff eventually.

Still, there are much better packs out there, and I've taken a liking to CCCanyon's ones, mostly Blackpaint and Aluminium-Gray. They're just... clean. Midas Touch is not, and I feel like I'd have to remodel a lot of blocks to make it look better while still applying some bling and a luxurious finish to creations.

TL;DR I dunno how to Blender. Might learn that at some point. Thanks for coming xD [2/2]

6 Items have no skin and one has a glitched one.

So far enjoying this pack and only the long log and wing are the parts I like to see a Midas Touch on them.

Love the pack, looks great and it rivals the ingame textures.

I can't find any mistakes and a dark (oak-ish) wood with the midas gold is just a beautifull contrast, I just make a lot of things because it looks great.

Are you going to expand this pack for the Log Block and Repeating Crossbow?

If you do that, could you also do Vacuum Block, Bomb, Remote Grenade and Bowler?

(I don't have the Midas Touch, but the Midas Desire)

I absolutely love this pack. I love the way gold looks, and I love dark, rich wood, so this is perfect

@Maniac Oh xD Thanks I guess. When the update came out, I started working on this pack right after finishing Rust & Copper, which took much less time because of its simplicity. I guess that was still pretty quick ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
