I don't know if it's just me, but some of the weapons are pretty quiet.

Dear everyone,

I'm sorry to say this, but I probably won't update my weapon mods since my work on the inevitable weapon megapack is nearly complete. However, this statement might change later in the future if I decide that progress on the weapon megapack is going nowhere.

For those complaining that this M16A4 is using the A2 railguard, the weapon megapack will replace this version with the MWR M16A4 that has an A4 railguard.

The handguard is off. An A4 utilizes rail systems on it.
The magazine also seems shorter than what you see as regularly used but that's much less of an issue, considering it's much more likely someone would use a different magazine than a handguard it doesn't come with.

I'm not sure why but my magnetic tier weapons don't appear in soldier's loadout list....
I finished magnetic tier weapon projects in research lab and bulit them in engineering lab.
However, they don't appear in the loadout screen so that I can't equip them to my soldiers...
Is there any same symptoms reported??

If I may ask, what is this holo-pad your soldier has on his wrists in the screenshots? Does that come with the mod?

If you don't want to pay for supplies and all that, go to <steam>/steamapps/workshop/content/268500/701533142/Config and find XComConfig_S79M16A4_Research.ini (I think that's the path, not on my main computer atm), and you can set the values to zero.

I want them to be available the same way as the CVWeapons pack. Without needing to upgrade from egineering costing supplies, instead they are available with their stats increased per tier.

I took a look at the default values for the X2 Assault Rifle, and that also has the same base crit chance as my weapons. I just added a line in the script to show you if there is a crit chance applied to the weapon.

tl;dr The vanilla weapons also have the same crit chance value. My mods show if there is a crit chance value, if any.

Can youn remove the the base crit chance from your weapons the vanilla weapons dont haver it and these wepons make them obsolete.

but the M16a4 comes from the factory with a quad rail, the a2 was the last to come with the round plastic handguard

Have you perhaps considered making the weapon upgrade cost zero credits? It'd remove the problem of having to spend multiples of the normal upgrade cost for each of your weapon mods, and if people want to cheat... well, they will.

with a scope it looks a lot like a C8 as well, the Canadian upgraded version of the M-16. :)

The next weapon will probably be the RPKs unless something changes my mind. I know I said that I would port this weapon next, but I wanted to port some of the AR15s from his pack, plus redo that shoddy M16 mod. I couldn't resist.
