A lot of buildings in the USA are built with brick (esp red brick) or have a faux brick façade as a simple aspect of society's expectations and traditionalism. Very charming, but also kind of boring. Since this game isn't exclusively american anyway, I alway welcome an addition from the world of modern and contemporary architecture.

We don't always have to think outside the box; sometimes the box just needs to be expanded.

What I really like about you and your mods is, not only are they nice and well-balanced optimized mods, but you also give them those lovely description texts.
