Dear everyone,

I'm sorry to say this, but I probably won't update my weapon mods since my work on the inevitable weapon megapack is nearly complete. However, this statement might change later in the future if I decide that progress on the weapon megapack is going nowhere.

I'm getting a similar thing as Hidoi -- in fact, my changes took effect, but not the detection radius, which is particularly weird. Any ideas?

I'm trying to get this weapon to function like a LW2 SMG, but it just won't work even though I do the changes to the ini. files. I did the following changes: XComConfig_S79AKS74un_Modifiers

I also used the SMG range values you included, the problem is that the changes won't go through. i.e. the changes does not show up in the game. Any idea how to fix this?
It worked fine for the P90 and MP5 from Krakah's weapon mod.

A little bit of both. It has its own stats, but the are a copy of the vanilla stats.

Don't do that! The weapon will not function correctly if you do that.

Was hoping to use your mods for LW2. However, when I check the range values in the LW2 WeaponData config file, there appear to be ranges for short, medium and long for each tier.
Your mod has just the one set of values per tier.

I assume they have changed the way range values are used in the LW2 mod.

If I delete or comment out the range values in your mod, will the weapon use the LW2 values by default?

I'm gonna wait until I do the master pack for every weapon that I've released, which won't be until next year, or when LWS releases their final mod or when Firaxis releases their Expansion pack.

I think I have a model from Firearm: Source (A Source mod that has been dead since 2013?). I'm not sure if I'll get to that, since I'm porting Millenia's Fallout New Vegas weapons'. I really would like a helping hand with model porting.

Not sure where I'll find a FN FAL OSW model. Black Ops 2 has it, but it's not an actual FN FAL OSW, it's a DSA SA58 Para Elite Compact.

Anyway can you find FN FALL OSW model ? I really miss that from Jagged Alliance.

The next weapon will probably be the XM177 Commando, since I couldn't release this weapon yesterday because of the black weapon bug, so I started porting the Commando while I waited for a solution.

This one shouldn't be plagued by the black weapon bug if you haven't subbed to my other weapons.
